Mrmmm….That sounds GOOOOOOD.
I have a coworker here who grew up in Wyoming. We share lunch a lot, and I bring in lunch a lot.
This week, I’ve brought in lavash to eat with butter/goat cheese and tarragon…
And I’ve brought in a middle eastern beef and beet stew.
I love stumping people, broadening the “American” palate. 🙂
Now — if only I were evil enough to bring in kimchee to work…!
